Up the staircase hung a crate of vegetables from which water comes out like a fountain. The water falls into a large iron tank that vibrates the sound from a hidden subwoofer under it once every few minutes. The voice of Alan Watts, a spiritual activist who lectured and taught in the 60's, saying the sentence:
